Breathwork & Blue Lotus Retreat
upcoming retreat

Guests arrive at Diamond Rose Sanctuary and settle into the space, surrounded by the quiet of the wetlands and the ocean air. The retreat begins with a gentle opening circle where we meet one another, set intentions and attune to the land that will hold us for the coming days.
In the evening, Vivian guides the group through a deep breathwork journey designed to open the body and nervous system, allowing the mind to soften and the heart to become more receptive. Afterward, we gather for a nourishing home-cooked meal and quiet conversation, creating the foundation of trust and connection that will support the deeper work ahead.
The second day is dedicated to going deeper into the practices. We begin the morning with breathwork, allowing the body to release held patterns and the nervous system to recalibrate in a safe and supportive container.
Throughout the day we move between different forms of healing and ceremony. Guests are invited to experience the sauna and cold plunge, reconnecting with the elements of fire and water and the natural intelligence of the body.
In the afternoon we enter sacred ceremony and sound, creating a space where the mind quiets and deeper layers of awareness can emerge. The day closes with integration, reflection and shared time together under the evening sky.
The final morning begins slowly, allowing the insights and experiences of the previous days to settle into the body. A gentle movement or breath practice helps bring clarity and grounding after the depth of the retreat.
After breakfast, we gather for a closing circle where participants are invited to reflect, share and integrate what has unfolded during the retreat. This moment helps bridge the experience of the sanctuary with everyday life, supporting each person in carrying their insights and renewed energy forward.
We close the weekend with gratitude for the land, the community that formed here, and the deeper connection to ourselves that this space makes possible.
