In the warmer months, wake to the sound of water and begin the day with a paddle. Kayaks and paddleboards invite quiet exploration of the shoreline, while beach access and the clay tennis court stretch long afternoons into golden evenings.

As the air turns crisp, the landscape shifts. Trails glow with autumn color, and cooler days invite slower walks along the shore. In winter, gather around the fire pit beneath a clear sky, letting the quiet of the season settle in.

How many guests can the home accommodate?

The home sleeps up to 10 guests and includes 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 4.5 bathrooms. We do not allow parties or gatherings larger than 10 people without explicit written consent.

What kinds of stays is the space best suited for?

Diamond Rose is well suited for private getaways, restorative stays, small group gatherings, creative nature oriented escapes from the city, family or close friend gatherings, and wellness oriented stays. It is a space designed for presence, connection, and intentional time together.

What amenities are included?

Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, waterfront outdoor space with two kayaks and two paddle boards, sauna and hot tub, fire pit, and an indoor yoga, meditation, and breathwork room. Every element of the home has been designed to support both comfort and connection.

What is the check in and check out time?

Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. We ask that guests honor these times to allow for proper preparation of the space.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full payment is required to reserve your dates. Please reference the Airbnb cancellation policy for full details.

Is the home suitable for children?

The space can accommodate families. Due to the waterfront setting and design of the home, we recommend supervision for younger children.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome with prior written consent. We love furry friends and simply ask to approve their stay in advance to ensure the space remains comfortable and aligned for all guests.

Is the property private?

Yes. The property is entirely private, allowing you and your group to fully relax and settle intothe experience without interruption.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is on site parking available for guests. Additional details will be shared prior to arrival.

Diamond Rose Sanctuary is located in Branford, Connecticut. You may arrive by car, or take the Metro North train followed by a short Uber ride. Detailed directions will be provided after booking.

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, layers for coastal weather, a bathing suit for thesauna and hot tub, and any personal items that support your stay.
