Vivian Rosenthal

I have been coming to this wetland preserve since I was five years old and the rocks, the trees, the seaweed, the water, the tides, the horseshoe crabs and hermit crabs; all have become familiar friends with whom I commune. I am honored to share this sacred place.

I am here to serve, to amplify, to honor and to call in the divine wisdom and source that is in each of us, and is in this land, this living being. My transmission is a devotion to prayer; a prayer to mother nature, to source, to sound, to the breath, to consciousness, to love, to community and to my father, Michael Rosenthal, who brought me here.

I am an artist, healer and facilitator who weaves together the visual arts with the healing arts to create collective spaces for awakening and transformation. I am the co-creator of the immersive Frequency Breath Dome in NYC. Based on the Latin inspirare (“to breathe or blow into”), which itself is from the word spirare, meaning “to breathe," I am called to be an inspiratrix, one who inspires others through the activation of the breath. My breathwork journeys are 7th dimension cosmic psychoactivations, allowing people to access higher heart consciousness and self-love by unlocking DMT endogenously in the body. The breathwork activations open up expanded states of consciousness and help connect people with their intuition (their higher selves) and their creativity (their divine purpose) and break free of old patterns, habits and stories. I am a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and a certified breathwork facilitator. I am grateful for my trainings with many of the great Kundalini Yoga and Breathwork teachers, including Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, David Elliot, Dan Brule, Lawrence Conlan, Linhai, Paramatma Siri Sadhana and Hari Kaur Khalsa. Previously I co-founded Lavva, a plant based yogurt, and ran an accelerator for Google. I received my BA from Brown University and my Masters in Architecture from Columbia University.
