IFS informed Ketamine & breathwork workshop INTENSIVE

Join Dr. Geeta Arora, MD and facilitator Vivian Rosenthal for a healing workshop with ketamine and breathwork. Both Dr. Arora and Vivian are committed to creating safe and sacred spaces that empower the individual to become their own healer and have sovereignty over their body and their healing journey. The whole person is addressed through the trinity of body, mind and spirit through the weaving together of breathwork, ketamine and IFS (Internal Family Systems) to help discover and “heal the wounded parts and restore the mental balance and harmony by changing the dynamics that create discord among the sub-personalities and the Self.”

Ketamine works on the NDMA receptor to create neurogenesis and neuroplasticity, which Psychology Today states “may be correlated with new ways of approaching the world and oneself and ultimately lead to increased wellness”, while breathwork’s mechanism of action is based on energy that positively affects the biofield. “The term biofield fills the need for a unifying concept to bridge traditional and contemporary explanatory models of energy medicine and provides a common language for aspects of both clinical practice and scientific research that focus on energy fields of the body.”

Dr. Geeta Arora: Faciliator

Dr. Arora is building the standard of care for ketamine treatment. In an industry that is lacking true standards of care, Dr. Arora is using her expertise from her years as an intensive care physician to dose ketamine with unwavering precision. In collaboration with therapists that have been trained in her methodology, she utilizes intramuscular ketamine dosing.

Dr. Arora's proprietary approach, known as Precision Breakthrough Medicine (PBM), emphasizes patient empowerment and employs ketamine as a therapeutic tool. With the patient at the center of the treatment process, PBM fosters a collaborative atmosphere, encouraging individuals to harness their innate healing abilities. This patient-centered approach has proven effective for those who have not responded to conventional treatments, including previous ketamine therapies, offering hope for healing from PTSD, postpartum depression, treatment resistant depression, generalized anxiety disorder and various other mental health conditions.

Dr. Arora is dual board certified in Internal Medicine and Integrative Holistic Medicine. She is also a herbalist. She practiced intensive care, acute care, integrative medicine and end of life care for over a decade before fully stepping into ketamine dosing for ketamine assisted psychotherapy.
